Dale G. Caldwell

Author Bio:

Dale G. Caldwell is a professor and the executive director of the Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is also the founder and CEO of the management consulting firm Strategic Influence LLC. He has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant and executive coach and over 10 years of experience as senior executive In the public, private and civic/nonprofit sectors. Dale is the creator of the trademarked "Intelligent Influence" framework on leadership development and the author of the book "Intelligent Influence: The 4 Steps of Highly Successful Leaders and Organizations." He has an intimate understanding of the financial, technology, human resources and operational challenges that executives face in today’s fast-paced global business environment. Dale is an active volunteer who has been on the Board of the United States Tennis Association (USTA); President of the New Brunswick Board of Education, Crossroads Theatre Company and, the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission. In 2009 he was named the New Jersey School Board Member of the Year by the New Jersey School Board's Association. He is also the author of the successful book “School To Work To Success” which provides practical advice on finding a job and managing a career. In addition, Dale is an accomplished athlete who has completed three marathons and received national rankings in tennis, triathlon and duathlon. Dale holds a BA in Economics from Princeton and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Specialties: His specialty is utilizing his unique framework on influence to help organizations effectively address operational, technology and human resources challenges.
